Zaman Paleolitik

Strangely, today is the first time i've been to church service in 4 freagin long weeks. Aight, i've not backslidden in any sorta way but have not gone to church since i've been sorta stuck with something on my agenda for each of the past 4 Saturdays.

Being an usher on your first Saturday night service can be quite an experience especially when it comes to someone like myself. I've been a loyal backbencher almost throughout my YC days and probably still plan to be one now in the combine service. Technically with that sorta statement, it just means i prefer to be out of the limelight or probably just be invisible to people around me. Today, that statement was challenged when i had to serve communion and collect offering. It was a bit weird considering the fact that i've not even served in MSN (Some YC ministry that serves communion and collects offering) or done anything really productive in a church service the last 3 years. Honestly speaking, i still prefer serving without being in the limelight. You don't need to be noticed when you serve cos God knows what you are doing even if other people don't. Ponder ponder....

Since it's the first service in a freagin long while, i had to meet up with the lads from cg for once. At least to get some updates on what's been going on and how the cg has grown. Somehow, i think meeting up with them has made me feel like a freagin caveman for some reason or another. It's as if i've been stuck in a cave for 20 million years without knowing what has been going on. Man i need a life... Some of the thing i've been told sounds really good while others really make me wonder where have i been when all this was happening.

Still scratching my head like a paleolitic caveman, i'm still wondering if i should go for the freagin FGA College Ball after being persuaded by the lads from cg. After the last ball i went for, i more or less made up my mind that i probably won't want attend any more balls till i start earning my own cash. It's freagin expensive but it's all for the fellowship with the lads. Going as a single lad would definitely be weird as well since everyone is bringing someone else. Maybe i should just bring my imaginary pet tortoise as my date... Dream on. Haih... see la how.
