White flag
The chorus and flanger pedal remain engaged,
Melancholic tones resonate in the air,
The power toggle clicks and all turns silent,
Only echos vibrate,
I drop to my knees and bow my head,
Tears flow down my face,
For a moment i thought i had it all,
As if destiny needed no control,
It all adds up when You sent me back crashing back down,
A great reminder of what it's all about,
I see the beauty of it all now,
Without You i'm nothing,
All i am is a vessel for Your work,
It's to You i surrender,
Use me Lord i pray,
In Jesus precious name,
Amen.
