Wednesday, April 05, 2006 Siew pow Yup, my blog has been pretty dead and lifeless due to many factors. Strangely, this is the first time i'm actually blogging from a public utility a.k.a library computer. Streamyx in Seremban has been dead for the past few weeks and the library has a so-so internet connection which just suffices for the time being. With the advent of the 'demise' of Streamyx for the past weeks, the blog also 'dies'. Pretty much like how the body needs oxygen to survive. I wonder if those people at Telekom are actually dead and need emergency resuscitation. Every time we call the Streamyx helpline, a stupid message telling us that assistance will be offered ensues props up. I think it's one of the stupidest things a company like Telekom should do. It's all about offering quality service. If you can't offer it, just don't brag. Streamyx sucks and there's nothing that can prove that it's good so far. Sighs. That's the reason why they are so proud about the MALAYSIA BOLEH attitude. Yeah right. Seremban. It's so small, it's almost like a siew pow. With the sun scorching hot, i'm not surprised to see people getting tanned like the colour of a siewpow. Strangely, though things have been a bit haywire of late, i'm kinda having a pretty good time stuck in this town, at least for now. Exams are up in a weeks time and i've done nuts about it. Hope i won't fail my first exam here. Will be bad shape if i did. Bad omen too. Gotta go pray for some inspiration. As for interaction with hospital staff, i'm kinda having a blast. I do get 'blasted' for being really inadequate in knowledge but i'm also having a 'blast' learning lotsa new things and chilling out with the docs. Back to the rather scorching weather, one of the Medical officers actually lambasted the actions of nurses who suggested the idea of wearing a labcoat in a hospital like Seremban GH. I'll have to support his idea. I mean, come on, them nurses do admin work in 'air-conditioned' rooms while us docs and future docs are stuck in a furnace everyday. The other weird thing is... Do nurses even wear labcoats? I think they should wear trenchcoats since they want to have suaveness and style. That would let them feel 'hot' in a hospital like this. Aights, i've fired lotsa ammunition today. Gotta reload on my other ammunition a.k.a. notes and books before i get blasted left right and centre.
